Intuit Authentication Pattern Library
Streamlining authentication design by bridging gaps between the Intuit Design System and unique authentication needs through a comprehensive Pattern Library.
Core competencies: Design Systems, User flows, UX Design, UI Design
Context of the project and my role:
As the Lead Product Designer, I spearheaded the UX Product Modernization initiative, which involved updating 114 screens to align with semantic color tokens, dark mode, refreshed typography, and brand elements. Through this process, I identified key inconsistencies in design patterns across authentication experiences, prompting the creation of the Authentication Pattern Library.
Collaborating with a cross-functional team, I led the development of this comprehensive library, which encompasses components, view types, and user flows for critical authentication touchpoints such as Create Account, Sign In, and ID Proofing.
The library not only addressed gaps in the Intuit Design System but also tailored solutions for the unique challenges of authentication experiences, ensuring seamless integration across multiple business unit themes.
